Excellent service through out. At a difficult time of loseing a loved one we could not have had anyone better then Michelle. She was able to put us at ease. And treat us as though we were the most important people to her

Really pleased overall with the service provided in arranging the funeral happy with how everything was done and the customer service was brilliant. The only negative was that the eulogy seemed rushed and a few mistakes were said in the eulogy. But on the whole a good send off for Irene.

Everything went exactly as planned. Everyone has told me they thought the service, setting, etc was good. There were people there of different or no faiths, so it is a credit to the professional way the service was carried out that I got good feedback. Personally, I thought the flowers and coffin were better than the picture in the catalogue and Michelle Harris could not have been more supportive. Thank you for making a horrible day bearable.

They listened to you, gave you support and alternatives to your requirements .
Last minute alteration were meet with composure and executed to the letter.

Great site, and wonderful idea for the memory of my wife. Only thing I would suggest is the ability to edit messages. My son had three attempts before he managed to get the words right, but was unable to erase or edit his first attempts.

from the first meeting to arrange the funeral to the final act itself everything was superb I shall be forever grateful that the funeral director and her staff made the whole journey from start to finish a little easier and less stressful than it might have been,I was approached by most of the mourners after the funeral to say how impressed they were with everything that took place and that they would recommend the co-op funeral services to anyone.

It was a long involved process from death to funeral but your services were always excellent and we had no problems. On the day of the cremation and Thanksgiving Service your presence was unobtrusive but always in the right place. Your staff in Sleaford were always available for help and we never felt at loss for anything.

At the end of the day of the funeral we had a big thank you for all who had helped us on the day and the time leading up to the day.
