    I found the staff at Louth Lincolnshire co op were very polite and helped me through a very difficult time Cathy was very helpful and sympathetic while making plans and I got to have the funeral just how I wanted so thank you to all concerned Dawn Dan and Ryan

    Many thanks to Kathy and the staff of Coop Funeral Services Louth, for the very professional and personal service they gave us, particularly in these difficult times of social distancing.  The video link was much appreciated by our relatives and friends.
    Kathy was so supportive and compassionate every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made Mum’s funeral so special.

    My mum and I were treated very respectfully by Cathy she showed great concern and dignity towards my mums request to give my dad the funeral he deserved. She arranged it as my mum requested, but the changes came one by one as per the government strategy.
    We do understand that these had to be adhered to and have great respect for Cathy in the way she explained the changes across to my mum. 
    We know you have a difficult job to do and all respect to the staff at the Louth branch dealing with the job in these difficult times.

    All of the staff cared for you as a person and catered to your needs and came up with ideas for order of service creation. And helped us through what is a very difficult time.
