Couldn't have wished for better care and guidance. Kirsty and Lisa were fantastic. The weekend staff were accomodating and helpful when we called in for an impromptu visit to the chapel.
At all times, mum was treated with dignity and respect.

There where a few problems with the order of service which required several attempts by the graphic designer to complete it as we had asked for.
Requests made at the initial meeting with the funeral director where not fulfilled as we had discussed.
Overall although the funeral went well, we believe there could have been areas that could have been better

Following the death of my husband and the subsequent funeral arrangements the team at Kettles displayed professionalism throughout.
We were kept informed and consulted on all aspects of the arrangements and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the girls.

From start to finish every member of the team was friendly and made a hard experience that bit easier. No request was too much. My husband was very well cared for, as were the family. On the day of the funeral we were supported and guided through the day not only by the funeral director but also the limo driver.

Arranging the Funeral, Flowers,Order of service books, everything, including visiting, was made so simple and stress free.
Kirsty and Lisa were always there for support beforehand, and on the day the whole team were so professional, helpful and dignified. Kirsty was especially supportive at the service, and was a massive help to me at the service.
