They were brilliant. Very caringand professional with mum and also supportive to both me and my sister. Nothing was to much trouble and phone calls just to see that we were ok. Also the bereavement team after care has been a big help and also a case worker to help with dealing with mums estate. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needed funeral services.

Our funeral arranger Katie, was very helpful. We were actually arranging the funeral for a third party who was very old and didn't live locally, who all the time was altering what we had asked for. But Katie was very understanding and put the arrangements together very well. She was very professional and went above and beyond what was required of her. Thank you Katie.

I cannot fault the service and support we were given. From the first moment Neil was handled with care and love by Katie and the team. In our greatest time of need there was someone there to guide support and help us showing amazing empathy. More importantly Katie and the team looked after Neil with the honour, grace and care that any family would want for their loved one who has just passed.
