I couldn't give a high enough rating for the experience I received. Katie has been phenomenal from day one. She was professional, caring and ensured I was guided and taken care of throughout the whole process. I had never been through so much loss, pain and stress in my life, I went into the funeral directors with no clue how to organise or know what to do with anything for a funeral before, but Katie helped me with decisions and made me feel like each one was the right choice. It made going through one of the hardest times that little bit easier with a little less pressure and the result was the most perfect funeral I could have given for my dad. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you.

The whole team were exceptionally supportive throughout the whole process, they were compassionate and respectful at all times.
Particular mention to Paul who was my main contact who managed to navigate his way through a lengthy group call with my brother's and I, allowing us to discuss but ultimately coming to a decision.
Despite the fact that funerals are a regular occurrence for the team they make you feel like your service is special & the most important one ever.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

The service we received from start to finish was amazing. Having never dealt with anything like this before Paul was on hand to guide me every step of the way. 
He was professional, sincere, empathetic and just plain old brilliant.

Both sue and michelle were professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They genuinely cared about us. I was kept informed throughout the cremation process. There was an icident at the funeral home with my mothers partner. I was kept informed and they checked that i was okay. They did an excellent job and i commend them both.

Sue at your cleethorpes office was fantastic. She went above and beyond and was very caring and efficient. Paul the funeral director was very caring and professional, Dad was treated with so much care and respect while resting in Abbey Road. Laura the celebrant was amazing from start to finish. We were a same sex couple, so when the cars came to the house we had a all girl team to take us to the crem it was brilliant Kirsty and her team were amazing, I would recommend them all day
