The service we received from Sue, Jenny, Denise and the team in arranging Dad’s funeral was excellent.  They were caring, compassionate and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble.  They made a difficult time much more bearable.  
In addition, the celebrant Andrew Belshaw was excellent, and made Dad’s funeral a true celebration of his life.

When mum sadly passed away it was very unexpected so I was in shock as you can understand and the funeral didn't even cross my mind as I was just left questioning it over and over. Eventually got in contact with the co-op funeral care on Westgate who mum had the policy for and they were fantastic, very sympathetic very understanding didn't rush anything it was all done in your own time they keep in contact throughout the whole process and organizing the actual funeral wasn't as daunting or upsetting as I thought it would be as the lady was so helpful, the actual funeral when great (well as great as a funeral can go) I opted for the white coffin as mum loved colour and it was stunning she would have been very happy the celebrant was a lovely lady who I met up with to discuss mum's life and it couldn't have been any better said, again they were in contact with me right up until the day of the funeral and even a few days later they give you a courtesy call to check on you and they are always there for you throughout the process if you need to talk or change your mind on anything, they were just very sympathetic very professional and very caring a great company and I can't thank them enough.

My mom passed away in England and I wasn't able to attend because of Covid because I live in Canada.  I decided to not have a funeral but a direct cremation because I couldn't attend and barely anyone else could either.  It was a very difficult time but Westgate Morecambe did the very best to support me through each stage.  They were very sympathetic.  The 8 hour time difference did provide hiccups but everyone did their best to fascilitate things.  They are also working on repatriating my mother's ashes to Canada which I feel very grateful for.

My mum took out the Funeral Plan with the Co-op. I live in Worsley and communicated with staff at Morecambe on a regular basis. They were and in particular Sue extremely helpful with every aspect of arranging my mums funeral. Nothing was to much trouble. They were very caring and explained everything.
The Minister, Phil took the service. We were all very impressed in the way he took the service. All the funeral staff were brilliant. It was a very sad day for me and my family. All involved from the Co-op made it go smoothly.
To all the staff involved a big Thankyou.
