Wonderful service from start to finish. All questions were answered so didn't really have to do much it was all taken care of.
Joanne was wonderful as were the rest of the staff.

From the very beginning of my sad journey, organising my sons funeral I felt like the undertakers and all staff were holding my hand. I was treated with such care and respect, even through my tears.
My son was treated with dignity and respect and when I said he will be lonely they told me how they say good morning and goodnight to all in their care. My sons body was laid in his coffin and he was made to look so peaceful and comfortable. I was afraid to see him at first but the lady at reception accompanied me and spoke to both myself and my son, she then asked if I wanted to be alone. I am so glad they gave me the confidence to say my last goodbye.
The funeral in a strange way was beautiful, dignified and again I was so well cared for, guided through the service with great respect.
I felt so cared for I am now going to plan my own funeral with the Co op as I KNOW I will be taken care of.
Thank you to all involved with the loving care we received.

We was supported by Joanne and Tom throughout arranging dad's funeral. They both made us feel at ease explaining everything and everything went smoothly on the day of dad's funeral I couldn't of asked for a better send of for him.

As a family we opted for the direct to the crematorium funeral .

The Co-Op handled everything seamlessly , Joanne was superb at the Blackpool branch on Whitegate Drive. We would highly recommend this service and this particular branch.

Excellent service. Funeral arrangement prepaid years ago by Stepfather.
Every step explained by helpful friendly staff. Planning and decisions supported. Used Co-op recommended celebrant who was also super to work with. Similar with recommended streaming service who also did excellent job.
Funeral itself went perfectly. All personnel involved played their part as expected.

The team at Cooperative Funeralcare performed brilliantly throughout. Demonstrating genuine sensitivity and care they guided me and my family through all the aspects of the process. Preparations were managed thoughtfully, one step at a time, so as not to overload the family and care was taken to listen to the thoughts we had about the service and these were translated into a memorable and well managed goodbye to my father. The back office team and the appointed Funeral Director, Celebrant and assistants on the day were outstanding and a credit to their professions. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
