Ashley took care of us extremely well from our initial telephone contact to engage Co-op's services to arrange my mother's funeral.

Everything was well organised and it meant that it took the stress out of what was already a very difficult time. The Co-op staff on the day of the funeral did an excellent job and handled everything perfectly.

I cannot recommend Ashley and the team at Blackburn Co-op highly enough.

I can’t even say how wonderful Amber has been looking after me and my family so kind she couldn’t do enough….and Ashley well what can I say..he went up and beyond with me so gentle..considerate..respectful…the most lovely young man with the experience of a man with much more years of experience..he rang me daily to check that I was okay..and also that I was happy with all the arrangements..he also recommended a celebrant Suzanne Nolan who did a superb reading of my mother..  Kind Regards Mrs Edna Tinsley

I was very pleased with the care and cooperation that the co-op gave my husband when he past. Even all the neighbours commented on the respect that they give with the bow and the walk that Amber did to the end of the road. Ashley was very helpful with all the care and support that he gave all our friends and families at this sad time, it was much appreciated in all that they did by everyone.

Ashley and amber was very kind ,helpful and caring when i had to arrange my uncl,es funeral nothing was to much for them i have used co-op for every funeral i have had to deal with because besides staff kind , caring , helpful, the company is very profestionaland i would advice anyone to use them they only thing i would say is after all this years of using them i still csnnot get use to how they knock every time a loved 1 is in the chapel of rest but i sppose that is the company being respectful to ur loved one ,FANTASTIC YET AGAIN ASHLEY AND AMBER CO-OP FUNERAL BLAVKBURN

Amazing, looked after my wife over the Christmas and New year period and then into the second week of New year until her funeral. Treated with upmost respect and dignity. The staff at the Blackburn branch, Mincing lane were absolutely fantastic, they were extremely courteous and genuinely caring and kind. All paid great attention to detail, from knocking before entering dad’s room where he was laid, playing his favourite music and it was obvious that they had listened during our initial chats in the personalised order of service that Ashley had designed, nothing was too much trouble for them and I really appreciated all of their efforts. Prior, during and post funeral they were so supportive with offers of refreshments to all who visited dad and a warm smile and lovely soothing manner.
The morning of the funeral it self went smoothly and I know dad would have been very satisfied with it all. Ashley, Amber and Damian with Nick as cover staff are a credit to the Coop funeral service organisation and all deserve high praise. Many thanks to you all.

I was (16) when I met my Wife (Mary) - I was with her (45) years and will wait to be reunited with her (Here) on this very Earth-(Psalm 37 verse 29) - I would just like to say that the Funeral Director (Amber) - was so professional and loving - (Empathetic) - which means = your pain in my heart - I would love to adopt her as my daughter tomorrow - and (Ashley) her co-worker - was equally as lovely - they were a dream team in my nightmare of grief - my love to you both - Pablo Hamill Magee (Husband) of Mary Anne Magee xx
