Whilst everything was dealt with efficiently, with caring and super attention, it would be so much more helpful if this branch was staffed for 5 days, not 3 as at present. At such emotional times it is important to be able to speak to your contact. I reported my husbands passing away on a Friday and could not liaise with my contact until Tuesday. Later I also had a query on a Friday which was again shelved until Tuesday.

I cannot fault the service provided by Sally at Whitstable Funeralcare (COOP). From the very first phone call, Sally was sympathetic and efficient. I cannot think of any way in which things could have been improved. She made every effort to make every single of our wishes possible. Brilliant and compassionate service. The same goes for all the members of staff involved on the day of the actual funeral, Drayson and the team of pall bearers were perfect.

I have used in the past few months the Co-Opp funeral service at Whitstable and I’m very impressed by the service l received. Sally and particularly Clayton the funeral director couldn’t have done more. They exceeded the service l received and made me  feel very comfortable in the hard time I incurred losing my mother and brother. I have arranged my own funeral in London with the co-opp. Thank you all at whitstable and Canterbury.
