During such an emotional and stressful time it was so good to have people who had time to care , listen and help us through it . Lorraine and her team were there and supported my family and myself with such kindness and compassion.

At such a difficult time, everything Lorraine and everyone at Doves did for us, was absolutely perfect. We were made to feel very special and could not have wished for a better funeral for Julia.

We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service we received.
This lovely lady, Lorraine from Doves Swanley, made a very sad and horrible task a lot easier. It is clearly a job she performs as a kindness and she made it very simple to deal with in the way we wanted, without any attempt to make us choose something else.
I would unreservedly recommend Doves Funeral Directors to anyone needing a funeral arrangements.

Lorraine has been truly amazing. Not only has she been supportive during our sad time in assisting us with all the arrangements pre-funeral and post funeral, she has been like extended family. Nothing has been too much trouble, she has laughed with us and has been there with a hug, a cup of tea and the right words in our grief. We truly felt that our loved one was in good hands. Whilst we know it's not the case, we always felt as if our loved one was the only one and was priority. Lorraine is a truly amazing person, a total asset to Doves. Thank you for all you have done, it is greatly appreciated.
