Despite the whole process being painful, everyone at T. Allen made this a beautiful experience. From the very first meeting with Michelle, which I was very anxious about, it was beautiful. I even walked away smiling because of the lightness that the situation allowed at times. The planning was straight forward and well explained and every single step could not have been better. My mum would have been so happy with the attention and care that went into the service, and in the taking care of her, herself. I could not recommend a company if someone is dealing with something similar, and the people along the way were incredible. I have nothing but praise and thanks to give.
