Right from the start of the process the Staff could not have been more helpful. If there were any hiccups a phonecall soon sorted it. On the day Mark and his gents were so professional and enabled the whole event to run so smoothly. I will Recommend them to anyone that requires their services. My mother in law is still praising them and so I know who she will want for her own.

From the moment we first stepped into the Office, T.Allen looked after our family so well. They provided all we asked for and the day of the funeral went like clockwork. Every aspect was catered for from water in the limousines to a folder containing the cards which came with our flowers. It was lovely to be attended by Mark Allen on the day and the company arranged for family members to act as pall bearers which was greatly appreciated. The whole day was a fitting tribute to my husband Martin. We could not have asked for a better service.

Everything was very efficiently done with great care.
We felt immediately in good hands and were very well adviced throughout the process of choices from the beginning to the end. Especially Scott did an amazing Job of coming to see me and was leading me through his very excellent experience to a very special and beautiful Service. The drive to the Medway Crematorium through High Street with the Austin Hearse was so very touching and very well organised. Thanks to Donna who did a wonderful leaflet for us. At such a difficult time, their professionalism, courtesy and respect for our late father made the service so much easier to bear. Everything on the day ran like clockwork minimising our stress.

Despite the whole process being painful, everyone at T. Allen made this a beautiful experience. From the very first meeting with Michelle, which I was very anxious about, it was beautiful. I even walked away smiling because of the lightness that the situation allowed at times. The planning was straight forward and well explained and every single step could not have been better. My mum would have been so happy with the attention and care that went into the service, and in the taking care of her, herself. I could not recommend a company if someone is dealing with something similar, and the people along the way were incredible. I have nothing but praise and thanks to give.
