In loving memory of Clare Samantha Best who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2026.

Clare Samantha Best. There aren’t enough words to describe what we all feel right now, losing my mum has touched so many people. Her family, friends, her partner Angie and anyone who knew her will agree, that she was the most bubbly, charismatic, hard working, loving and supportive person, through whichever stretch of life she walked. My mum was always thinking about other people before herself, always making sure that her roast potatoes were perfect! And even when they were, she would say they weren’t. My mum loved to cook, bake and spend time outside in the sun, she has travelled and been to many places with her sisters and have experienced so much in a life cut so short. My greatest gift is the gift of life, and I thank my mum so much for blessing me with that. My brother Reece would also say the same. My mum has always encouraged me and my brother to stand tall and be confident and don’t take any nonsense. And in your legacy mum, I promise to behold so many of your traits, so that people can see you, feel you and hear you once again. This feeling of loss will never go away, but the love and the loss we share together for my mum, will forever keep her legacy alive. Please don’t ever stop talking about her. We love you mum, we love you Clare and we will always miss you
