We have trusted t-Allen to take care of our loved ones before and wouldn’t use anyone else. Michelle and Ashleigh are very caring and understanding and give you all the time you need and the most difficult time. Nothing is a problem, you don’t feel rushed and if you want to visit your loved one in the chapel they are there with you initially then leave you alone and they listen and give hugs when needed xx

Couldn’t wish for a more respectful, caring, supportive and professional funeral directors. 

Unfortunately I’ve had to use T Allen pretty close together for my dad & then my mum. 

It was made very easy & the online obituary is a lovely touch but also comforting to have for the future.

I did not hesitate to call on T.Allen Funeral Care when I needed to arrange my partner’s funeral. They oversaw the arrangements for our father’s funeral just the previous year. They are a very kind & professional firm. You really feel they do their best to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. It is a great comfort to know that you are in good hands at a sad & difficult time. I would use T. Allen again

The staff at Rochester branch of T Allen’s were so helpful, took me through the funeral process and supportive at every step, on the day of the funeral all went smoothly due to the staff knowing how to cope with people no not hurrying any of us along, would recommend them to anyone requiring those services.

Mum and Dad had a funeral plan which made it easy all round. Beautiful service at the crematorium super fast at sending mum home. Tiger Lily organised a fantastic casket wreath which was stunning and Sarah Lamport read a fantastic eulogy.

On the dad of the funeral despite biblical rain the team did an amazing job and gave dad the very best send off.
