Right from the start Michelle was there for us. She patiently answered all of my questions. When I needed to make a change she was very helpful. On the day of my Mum's funeral all of the staff were very polite, helpful and professional.

I returned to T Allen after I had used them for my Dad, then for my Mum.
They are excellent for listening and understanding what you want and not making a fuss if that isn't what you want.
When the funeral cortege arrived at the crematorium it was exactly what my Mum would have wanted which helped enormously for the rest of the day.

You all gave my father Spencer George Murray a beautiful service with care, compation ,respect,honour and wonderful guidance throughout.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart also for all the compation and support you gave to me during the confusion ,tears and heart ache.
