Nothing too much trouble, very professional with a personal touch and were happy to arrange anything asked. They arranged my mother's funeral some years ago and they were just as good then, that's why we used them again. Thoroughly recommend.

The support and attention to detail that was provided to our family from the moment my mum died, through to the day of her funeral was excellent. 

They noted and remembered every tiny detail and talked us through anything of which we were unsure about.  On the day of the funeral, everyone was so professional and the small touches meant so much to us, from providing umbrellas to the packs of tissues in the chapel.  On the day all your staff checked on our well-being, giving us options to ensure the whole event ran exactly as we wanted it, providing our mum with the service and respect she deserved.  Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. 

An excellent, professional yet friendly service provided.

I Have never had to deal with a Funeral araingement before, and T. Allen were very help full.
Members of my friends and famally commented how well the proceedings went 
I was kept informed and up to date all the time. As a Radio 4 listener and I listen to consumer programs, at 63 I have learned a thing or two and this was a very good service and below the bugget I was expecting.
Speaking to people post funeral I found the last four funerals I've attended were all done by T. Allen.
