I can honestly recommend T Allen's Funeral Service as compassionate, considerate, professional and thorough. All of their staff were welcoming and approachable and gave honest useful advice on the process of organizing the funeral while taking into consideration us as a family and our requirements. The office staff were brilliant and checked in with us before and after the funeral to ensure everything was to plan and constantly asking if they could be of any further assistance. On the day the staff were so respectful especially to my mother who was distraught, giving us the time we needed to grieve properly. These are a true family firm who make me feel that my Dad had the best care on his final journey.

My family and I have nothing but praise for the entire team at T Allen from collecting my husband when he passed to delivering us to the wake.  The whole team were considerate, kind and sympathetic, nothing was too much trouble and they delivered everything we asked for. My dealings with the Rainham Office were really efficient and so helpful in a difficult time from our initial meeting to the actual cremation.

I used T Allen for my father’s funeral in 2017 as well. Everything was perfect on both occasions. Nothing is too much trouble and so highly professional.  From the collection of the body to the actual day of the funeral they have been in contact and helped me organise the perfect send off. I cannot thank you all enough - Liz in the office in 2017 and Sophie this time plus of course the gentlemen on the actual day. Thank you all most sincerely you made the lowest time of my life bearable.
