Hogben and Partis were thoughtful and discreet from the moment they were telephoned. Jack gave me time to spend with my husband until I was ready to let them take him. When I wanted to visit my husband in the chapel of rest, the staff could not have been kinder allowing me all the time I needed. My husband looked at rest and peaceful in his suit. The funeral itself was respectful and professional.

From start to finish, Hogben & Partis, made sorting Mum's funeral so easy. From our point of view, a horrible situation was made more bearable by the help we had from everyone. Katie in the office has a lovely caring manner, and Jack who was so kind and helpful, explaining exactly what would happen on the day, as I wanted to help carry Mum.

Wendy and the other staff at Hogben and Partis were incredibly helpful, straightforward and friendly. I felt we could contact them at any time with any questions, however silly. This is the first time I have had to plan a funeral and it was for my dear dad. I was lost, but the staff at Hogbin and Partis held my hand and gently guided me through every step. I had time to breathe, to think and make the right choices. They showed patients and compassion at a time it is needed the most.
