We were recommended by a friend. We would like to express our upmost thanks to Katie, Jack and team for their time, understanding, respect and showing us the importance of giving our beloved Mum a lovely memorial service. Katie listened and was always available to chat with whatever our needs. She firstly set up a free online obituary page for us to send to friends and family to upload pictures and their memories.
Katie produced the very beautiful obituary booklet and memory box which displayed one of Mum's artwork to such a high standard we were delighted with.
The photo tribute for mum was organised by Katie with Obitus and was very memorable with our chosen music - our close family and friends have all said how it was the most beautiful service they had been too.
Jack and the bearers were very respectful and it was perfect. Thank you

Hogben and Partis provided a very personal service for my aunt's funeral. They were respectful and attentive to all aspects of the arrangements.

Everything was handled beautifully and the only thing that stops me giving five stars is that the additional wreaths, apart from the one on the coffin, were not brought into the chapel but were carefully arranged outside to be viewed after the service. I would have preferred that the additional flowers were laid on the floor near the coffin in the chapel so that family would be able to see the lovely flowers that they had sent throughout the service. I had not requested this to be done as I thought it would be done automatically. Apart from this I was very happy with every aspect of the arrangement of my sister's funeral.

In respect of improvement, while a difficult subject, it may need to consider how it approaches customers on cost involved and the immediate requirement for a substantial level of the deposit payment.

Very considerate understanding and helpful they also took care of my father about a year and half ago and remembered everything helping make sure my mum had similar service as they were such a close couple. Not that one ever wants to use a funeral directors again but if one had to I would and would recommend them to anyone for there compassion and professionalism nothing was to much bother for them

Hogben & Partis were excellent to deal with in regards to my Mum's Service

I met with Katie the Funeral Arranger for roughly an Hour to go through all the Details involved and she provided some details which i hadn't realized so was very handy

Katie was very helpful with all the questions that i asked such as how to arrange the printing and the Flowers

And the in between time after meeting i was kept fully up to date via email through what music choices and photos i wanted along with the Visual Tribute and the time and date with the venue

I also had a Three Hour Meeting with Carol the Life Celebrant and she was really good as we went through the Eulogy Poems and Music that we wanted for the service

I also had good communication with Carol via Email through some parts that i wanted added on to the Eulogy before it was finalized. She drafted through the copies for me to see before the service

The day before the Funeral i spoke with Jack the Funeral Director and he informed me what time they would be coming and asked what i wanted to be done with the Flowers afterwards

Jack was very good on the day itself with the Information

Hogben & Partis were very good to deal with in regards to the service and communication and made a very difficult time a bit easier

From the start of the process to when my husband was cremated and beyond I received kindness and consideration.

All members of staff showed complete respect and the highest level of professionalism not only to me and my family but also to my late husband when he was in their care.

I would certainly recommend Hogben and  Partis to anyone who’s going through what is a very difficult time.

Everything was perfect,the crematorium was so lovely with all the pictures and things of  Dave,s Iwas almost in tears when we went in  the service was just right ,thanks to Kerry , and to Jack ,so thoughtful and kind,and thanks to all the staff, and Carol for everything It helped a lot to have such  wonderful people on such a. The service provided by Hogben and Partis was excellent. Everyone involved from the funeral arranger to the funeral director to the funeral celebrant was competent in their jobs and had very good people skills - listening, supportive and empathic.
 I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Following the loss of my lovely wonderful wife Sue Pordage recently, I approached Hogben & Partis and initially met with Katie, who welcomed me with total professionalism, compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. I then met Karen and Jack, then Carol who was our wonderful Celebrant, they all displayed the same qualities, which made me feel very comfortable. I invited direct family members to the meeting with Katie, who very professionally and empathetically guided us through the funeral arrangements. And again, we attended a meeting with Carol, our Celebrant, who brilliantly guided us through the order of service as we discussed the great life that I shared with my wife Sue, family, and extended family. On the day of the funeral, Jack and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran very smoothly. We met with Carol at the Crematorium who greeted us with the upmost sympathy and provided comfort and confidence prior to entering the Chapel. Carol delivered the service very professionally and with passion and perfection. The whole team worked wonderfully hard, which made for a very memorable day. It is lovely to deal with an independent company that treat you as an important individual, and providing a service of a very high standard that is second to none. Everyone was so professional, efficient, caring, and just brilliant! I would definitely recommend Hogben & Partis to all who require a Funeral Director whose staff are very professional, well organised, compassionate, and thoroughly respectful!

Excellent service by all at Hogben and Partis from the very start of the journey to the end. Caring, compassionate,professional and attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble. As I dealt mostly with Carol and Jack I have to say that they both went 'that extra mile'. I certainly could not have organised Richard's funeral without Carol's expertise and knowledge.
