The Office staff, Angie, Gemma and their colleague whose name escapes me, were excellent, and helped with the little things that are easy to forget at this stressful time. On the day Louise and her Team were the epitome of professionalism and care. Thank you all. I was hoping to contribute to their Xmas Fund but was advised it’s against Bribery Law, which in this sort of instance I think is absolutely barking!

It was my uncles wish that the co-op did his funeral, I’m so glad we kept his wish because the co-op did a fantastic job, nothing was rushed, they are very compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough, I would choose the co-op every time for their professional handling of my uncles funeral. Thank you

It's always a difficult time having to arrange a funeral for a loved one but I cannot praise Angie & Gemma enough for all their help and the compassion shown whilst making the arrangements.
That also extends to the design team for the Order of Services who made a simple item look amazing.

At the most difficult and painful of times, what is so important is to feel supported and guided through the process and - at the same time - to be treated with compassion, empathy and understanding. Faversham Funeralcare delivered on every level and at every stage - from the largest of decisions about the service to the smallest point of detail, they were faultless in their care and attention. On the actual day, everything was handled expertly - I never felt I had to worry or concern myself for a single moment, with every member of the team treating us with consideration and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Faversham Funeralcare to anyone faced with a bereavement. Their kindness and professionalism was an enormous help and ensured that our goodbye was everything we hoped it would be.

Gemma and Angie at the Co-Op recently helped arrange my Mums funeral. I can not thank them both enough for such incredible service, care and support.
They both went above and beyond and not only helped me arrange the funeral my mum would have wanted, but also looked after my mum while she rested with them.
Additionally made sure I was ok and supported me through what is an incredibly emotional and tough moment.  
Honestly could not give a better review and would recommend anybody in need of the service to visit the Co-Op in faversham where the team were incredible and supprt you through everything easily.

Ang, Gemma, Kelly and all the team have been absolutely amazing. The service they have provided for my mum and our family as been the best and we could not fault them at all . There all really thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble . What as been the worst time in my life as been made a lot easier by all of these lovely people and I will never be able to thank you enough .
