Angela was extremely professional and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. She also put us at ease with everything that we had to do. She gave my Dad  the send off he deserved. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone who requires her service.

I could not fault them on anything. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no rush or urgency with anything. Each and every member of staff was patient, diligent and respectful from start to finish. I will certainly be recommending them here in Greenock.

I received excellent service, I was well informed of choices available,staff were all very friendly & nothing was too much bother, there was always someone available to answer any questions I had in the days running up to my mums funeral, they made the horrible time of loosing my mum easier with their support, I would highly recommend the coop to anyone, for being a big company you definitely get personal touches.

Fantastic service from the first time we walked in the door of the funeral parlour to organise the funeral of Grace
The coop staff were great in taking care of ourselves and made it so easy taking away all the stress from us which we were very happy as the whole funeral process was made easy from day 1 to the day of the funeral
We as a family were very grateful for the help we received

Everything went very well, also they delivered the flowers back to us for us to deal with ourselves after the cremation. I couldn't have asked for a better day it was so well organised. They did my sister proud, and the family are so grateful.
