From the first out of hours call to meeting Katie in the office to arranging everything I knew that Dad was being given the best possible after life care.  We had help making the right choices and regular contact up to the day of the funeral gave us the comfort that everything was in hand. The funeral itself was professionally handled with care and compassion, we could ask for nothing better. Huge thanks from a very grateful family who, with your help, gave Ted (my Dad) the best farewell ever ❤️ x

An amazing team from start to finish, Jeannette was amazing in her approach to the funeral and her organisation of it was fantastic.

We used Tadley Funeral Care in the month before, and the service was faultless from start to finish.

Sadly we had another family bereavement this month, and did not hesitate in using Tadley Funeral Care. Jeanette and Katie could not do enough and ensured the smooth running from start to finish. While any funeral is an emotional time the whole team from Coop Tadley where extremely professional and friendly, making the experience as best as it could be.

From Jeanette in-house who ensured we were fully prepared and understood the process. To Joy, on the day, who with her team helped guide us and gave our mum a highly dignified send off.

Both Jeanette and Katie provided an excellent service. Answering all my questions calmly and patiently. The Order of service was exceptional and all that saw it commented on how good it looked. The webcast was another excellent suggestion and we had many family who couldn’t make the funeral watching and all commented how moving the service was. The arrangements were perfect.

Everything went according to plan, and the team from Tadley Funeralcare were excellent. Attentive and respectful, but low key. And perfectly turned out. They looked very smart. Alistair, the Funeral Director, was very easy to talk to and the few questions he asked were clear and made sure that we all understood how things were going to work.

The wicker coffin looked lovely, and the flowers were beautiful. And the Order of Service was exactly how we wanted it.

The funeral at the church worked very well, and I was impressed with the West Berkshire Crematorium.

It was a difficult day, and it's been a difficult few weeks, but I can't thank Tadley Funeralcare enough for their support. It's made it all more bearable.
