I did have a few problems i went back up many times to sort things out flower was round the wrong way on Greg's coffin but David was on it straight away and put them where I wanted them David was brilliant and martin a couple of mistakes but maybe that was my fault .

From my first meeting with Charlie through to the actual day, I have nothing but praise for the kindness shown to me and my daughters. Nothing was too much trouble. My request for a silver hearse and for the pall bearers to wear blue ties was carried out perfectly, and she accommodated my daughters phobia of coffins without question. Charlie was available to contact whenever necessary, and kept checking that I was okay and happy with proceedings. She made a difficult situation so much easier and I will be forever grateful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you all.

Hello to everyone at Waters and Sons. You have all been amazing from start to finish for the funeral of our beloved mum Betty. You were there for our every need and I really felt you cared about mum and giving her the best send off possible, so thank you so much. I will speak of you all highly to everyone. Even collecting mum from the care home when she first passed away, you were there so quickly and by our side through the whole process which helped with the pain and stress of mum passing so suddenly. I was very impressed with the way that Waters & Sons (Aldermoor) handled my husband's Funeral. I walked in, off the street, on Monday morning after my husband died on Friday. It was Jason's first day and must have been a baptism of fire for him.
They kept me in touch at all times, and double-checked every item on the service to ensure that it all went smoothly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone.
