David Waters provided the care for my Father's funeral, and we could not have been more pleased with his handling of it. David impressed me with his calm and appropriate demeanour yet rigorous attention to detail. David is a real credit to his business, and I would not hesitate to recommend Waters and Sons.

It was a small cremation service. David helped us through the journey, picking the various things that need to be decided, making sensible guided choices where we were unfamiliar.

Thank you David and of course the other team members at Waters and Sons!

We were looked after by David from Waters and sons who was professional and kind throughout. He guided us through the process, explained things we were uncertain of and made helpful suggestions. 
The communication in person was clear and response to emails and subsequent questions prompt.
On the day of the funeral everything was as we expected and we were treated with respect and understanding of our elderly frail mother.

David and Simon were so very helpful throughout the difficult time following my Dads death.
They were very understanding as was everyone I spoke to and we’re always there to help with any questions I had and provided emotional support to  myself and all my family. Nothing was too much trouble. 
On the day of my Dads funeral Simon was there to support us , the funeral went so very smoothly with everything just as we wanted it to be.

The funeral was carried out with dignity and sensitivity throughout. All the available service options were explained fully to us so that we could make all decisions reference the funeral arrangements that suited our requirements. We never felt under pressure to make any decisions and the whole process was as painless as possible.
We would also like to thank the minister that was appointed for the service by the undertakers. She was very sensitive and professional throughout the process.

Tracey was helpful and patient, as we made necessary choices at a difficult time, and she was able to make a some adjustments when I changed my mind.
Her work on the Order of Service was stunning and the Obituary Page was a focal point for charity donations.
My brother left a list of wishes for his funeral and these were accommodated without question.
The funeral service was organised brilliantly and we were consulted and advised during and after.
The Webcam was a particular success as we have family and friends abroad as well as those who could not attend due to Covid regulations.
We did have a few issues:-
- the Obituary Page wasn't able to be updated initially
- we increased the number of Orders of Service which was overlooked
However, both of these issues were satisfactorily resolved.
Overall, very impressed with the service and attention to detail.

Waters & Sons have been absolutely brilliant all the way through this very difficult time.  They made things straightforward for us from the start, as well as being so understanding.  Tony, Alison and Becky were excellent and a credit to the company.  Everything went very well on the day of the funeral - including the weather!  A special thanks to Liza Riggway, who conducted a lovely service.  My dad would have definitely approved.

Waters and sons top professionals in their field. David is very caring and understanding. Everything was no trouble. Explained Everything to us with care and attention. The cremation service was a beautiful tribute to my dad and they were very compassionate towards my self and my brother. I have watched video link. David and his fantastic team, looked after all of us from start to finish. They are on hand 24/7 to help and answer any random question i had! Even at 8pm night before the funeral still happy to help!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thankyou all so so much!! You made me feel so at ease during this awful time so thank you so much!!!!
