I was very impressed by the service given to us by Waters Funeral Directors Aldermore branch Southampton.  In particular I must mention Charlie the funeral director.  She provided great comfort and understanding during our difficult time.  Very methodical in guiding us through the process. Hello to everyone at Waters and Sons. You have all been amazing from start to finish for the funeral of our beloved mum Betty. You were there for our every need and I really felt you cared about mum and giving her the best send off possible, so thank you so much. I will speak of you all highly to everyone. Even collecting mum from the care home when she first passed away, you were there so quickly and by our side through the whole process which helped with the pain and stress of mum passing so suddenly. I was very impressed with the way that Waters & Sons (Aldermoor) handled my husband's Funeral. I walked in, off the street, on Monday morning after my husband died on Friday. It was Jason's first day and must have been a baptism of fire for him.
They kept me in touch at all times, and double-checked every item on the service to ensure that it all went smoothly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone.

Having read the many positive online reviews that Waters & Sons has, our family decided to place our trust in them to arrange the funeral of my late brother, Jon. We are so glad we did, as the service Waters & Sons has provided has been absolutely faultless; from my first call to them, right through to the funeral service, itself, and even beyond that. I would mention, in particular, Marisa, who has been so caring, compassionate and professional throughout, as well as David, who ensured that, on the day, the funeral service went just as we had wanted it to. We were very pleased with the service that we were given by David and the team at Waters and Sons. They were always on hand to answer any queries or ease any worries. We worked mainly with David at the Aldermoor branch and he was very approachable, friendly and considerate in his communications and general manner. David Waters provided the care for my Father's funeral, and we could not have been more pleased with his handling of it. David impressed me with his calm and appropriate demeanour yet rigorous attention to detail. David is a real credit to his business, and I would not hesitate to recommend Waters and Sons.

It was a small cremation service. David helped us through the journey, picking the various things that need to be decided, making sensible guided choices where we were unfamiliar.

We were looked after by David from Waters and sons who was professional and kind throughout. He guided us through the process, explained things we were uncertain of and made helpful suggestions. 
The communication in person was clear and response to emails and subsequent questions prompt.
On the day of the funeral everything was as we expected and we were treated with respect and understanding of our elderly frail mother.

David and Simon were so very helpful throughout the difficult time following my Dads death.
They were very understanding as was everyone I spoke to and we’re always there to help with any questions I had and provided emotional support to  myself and all my family. Nothing was too much trouble. 
On the day of my Dads funeral Simon was there to support us , the funeral went so very smoothly with everything just as we wanted it to be.

The funeral was carried out with dignity and sensitivity throughout. All the available service options were explained fully to us so that we could make all decisions reference the funeral arrangements that suited our requirements. We never felt under pressure to make any decisions and the whole process was as painless as possible.
We would also like to thank the minister that was appointed for the service by the undertakers. She was very sensitive and professional throughout the process.
