Very impressed with the service from first contact right through to the funeral. Naomi was kind, helpful and compassionate and also very efficient. She contacted me very quickly to get initial arrangements in place, followed by a meeting a few days later to discuss options and finalise details. Even when I requested a celebrant she didn't know, she had it sorted in a few minutes. Steve the funeral director, also contacted me in advance to check I was comfortable with the arrangements and on the day ensured that everything went smoothly and with respect. It was a relief at a difficult time to feel everything was in safe hands. I would be happy to recommend Hedge End Co op Funeral Care.

Naomi made our visits (my son in law came with me) to Hedge End Funeral Care as relaxing as possible not easy when you are dealing with clients who have so recently been bereaved.
She had a very calm and professional approach to her role which I welcomed as her advise was both practical and professional.
