Penny was lovely and helpful in the co-op funeral office in portchester. The cold call trying to sell me probate legal services the following day from Co-op legal services, and asking me the value of my wifes estate?. Absolutely disgraceful. If i had not already started the ball rolling i would have gone elsewhere.

Penny was very friendly and the funeral director and attending staff were very professional. Our only criticism on the day was that although the funeral car arrived on time at the home address, the driver was unfamiliar with the route to be taken to the church and thus the cortege was 15 minutes late in arriving at the church, meaning that the service itself felt somewhat hurried.

Penny and Daniel went above and beyond with their kindness helping to make this very sad time a lot more bearable. Their attention to detail from flowers to Order of Service was exemplary and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. Everybody who attended thought it was an amazing service and gave Colin a wonderful send off. And the pine coffin was perfect !!
