Provided feedback to Alyson on what could be improved. Disappointed that they said funeral attendance cards were put out yet no one at the funeral said they seen them (200 people). FD said they were but I’d expect at least a few if that were the case.

At such a saddened time my family and I wee well looked after throughout the whole process.
Special mentions to Shannon who liaised with me on every aspect of the organisation and Dean, who literally held my hand every step of the way in the funeral. It felt like family and I cannot thank them enough. Mums last journey was beautiful and what she would have wanted. X x

The service we received was very good. The only disappointment was the fact that we had asked for the curtains to remain open at the end of the service at the crematorium but the curtains were closed. Other than that we were happy with the service provided.
