We have used the Co-op before for a family funeral but not the Pennington branch. I have to say that Michelle, who was the funeral director for our family’s funeral on this occasion, was everything we needed and a little bit more. Her experience and guidance was welcomed, she listened to our requests and acted on them accordingly and, on the day of the funeral itself, helped my family through the entire day. We planned and have our family member the funeral he would have wanted and deserved and I thank Michelle and the Co-op very much for that. You can be trusted.

kind and helpful staff, especially michelle hall who made us feel at ease when dealing with each aspect of my husband's funeral and also arranging for his body to be transferred to abbey funeral care which made it easier for us to go to view him before his funeral and also taking care of us on the day of his funeral
i would have no hesitation in recommending pennington funeral care to other people.
