The staff at Abbey funeral care have been absolutely amazing. They’ve helped me and my sister deal with a very difficult time and everything was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much for them and they made a very difficult goodbye a lot more bearable. Thank you to everyone that had a part in my mums wonderful send off, it was just the most perfect day. I was a little apprehensive about arranging my brothers funeral, but my worries were soon over when I contacted Abbey Funeralcare.
Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I realised that they were doing all the main work for me. Collecting the body, booking the cremation, contacting a celebrant etc.
Everything was handled with dignity from initial meeting to the final cremation.
You hear stories of the high cost of funerals, but these were soon dispelled, as I thought the price was very reasonable.
Well done Abbey Funeralcare .

Service provided was efficient and sympathetic. With the exception of a donation box, which was requested but not provided, everything was as agreed.
The advice offered was accurate and valuable.

The attention and care we received was excellent. Suze, Diane and Tara went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible by taking the lead whilst giving us complete control over what we wanted. I changed my mind over a couple of things during the arrangements but never felt I was being a nuisance. The day was lovely and everyone was very respectful and accommodating.

Amazing service from start to finish. Having never planned a funeral before i felt lost on where even to start. From the moment i walked in i was cared for immediately. And they stayed in touch communicating with me each step of the way.
They have been wonderful and we are truly grateful for them help us make it the best it could be.

From them collecting my beautiful grandmas body to being on her final journey to the funeral, the service received was impeccable. The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. Everyone at Abbey Funeralcare was marvellous. From the first telephone contact on what was a very upsetting day nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t use anyone else to look after my relatives. My late father was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
