Francesca and Paula looked after my mum, but they also looked after me and the rest of my family - really adding a personal touch. They were absolutely fabulous, and the outcome was everything we hoped for. 
Obviously, I hope not to need them again soon but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My mother request a direct cremation from the co op. So when the day came we used Urmston. Paula could not do enough for me (lovely cup of tea) . She explained what was to happen and kept me updated . Can’t thank her enough. My husband and I will be calling to pre pay our funeral in the near future. Thank you Paula for being so kind , thoughtful and professional.

All the staff at the Urmston branch were very sensitive and respectful at all times. All our family were very impressed with the service. We couldn't have asked for more. The staff at the Glossop branch were also very sensitive and respectful towards our feelings. We couldn't have asked for more.

All our family thought the service was excellent and we had the opportunity to include all the important aspects of Dad's life. Working with the team at CO-OP Urmston, Glenys, Cathy, and Francesca, made the whole service a wonderful experience. Nothing we requested was too much trouble, which led to a memorable reflection of a life well lived.

This is unfortunately the 2nd time I have used Coop Urmston funeral care this year. Once for a full funeral and once for a cremation only. Both times the service from both Francesca and Glenys was superb and was handled with grace and understanding.
I do not believe you could get better service while dealing with such a traumatic event.

Don't arrange a direct cremation through the Co-op funeral services in Urmston. Very poor service.

From entering your premises the lady called Glenys put myself and grandson at ease. She was so helpful I don’t think I could have managed without her kindness and support. The funeral director was excellent as well. Well done to the Co-op and staff for a very satisfied customer. Would recommend in an instant.

Want to thank Glynis, Francesca and everyone at the Co-op funeral care, for all their support in organising our sisters funeral. Kindness and empathy was shown throughout, from the first day and after the funeral. This made the whole process easier for the family. We as a family felt confident with the end to end service provided and nothing was to much trouble.
