As a family, we cannot thank Karen enough for all she did on our behalf, she was very supportive, helpful and informative, she made us feel at ease at such a very difficult time, nothing was too much trouble for her.

David (hopefully that his is name), who looked after us on the day of the funeral again was very supportive, organized and respectful.

Our mum died suddenly and had to be transferred from Bristol to Manchester after she passed away. We were worried that we would not be able to see her due to the length of time it took to get her back. We had no need to worry she looked lovely and at peace. We cannot thank the undertakers enough for there input in making this happen.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Dowse and Catterall to anyone.

Thank for all the help and support you gave us whilist planning my brother Graham's funeral , it was something that I had never done before and was very anxious about it , but Amanda really put me at ease , even with the issue we had with the crem they helped come up with a solution so we could still have the service we wanted.

Dowse Catterall gave us a fantastic service from start to finish .
There was a clerical error which resulted in a wrong date on the order of service but they corrected it immediately. The director and staff on the day of the funeral were brilliant and made us feel as though they were looking after our every need. Thank you

Dowse Catterall made sure our relative was able to receive a funeral in accordance with their wishes, quiet, respectful and considered.
They also looked after the transfer of his body back to Denton from Leicestershire, so that both his Brother and Brother in-law could also attend.
The recommendation of Reverend Myles was also well founded, as ministrations were professional towards our relative, although they had never met.
