My Mum recently passed away and from day one Susanne at Dowse Catterall in Denton was very helpful and guided me through the process of arranging my Mum's direct cremation when I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was kind and sympathetic to me about my loss. She also called me a couple of weeks after my first visit to her to see how I was coping. I have nothing but good things to say about her and the level of customer service from the company itself after such a traumatic and stressful event. So thank you so much. Gareth.

Absolutely amazing they looked after us as a family with care and respect. Mum was cared for with the upmost respect. Suzanne was very caring willing to help us in anyway she could. She's also a very good listener can't fault her in anyway she is a credit to the place. Wendy was also lovely and helpful. The drivers was all brilliant. Would totally recommend them. They all went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for my late mother. Thank you so much for everything.

I can't thank Dowse Catterall Funeralcare enough. When we lost our mum in June, the bottom fell out of our world.
The whole team were kind, caring, and very empathic.
Especially Karen and Amanda.
They provided a First Class Service from Beginning to End.
