The service was very good. Arranging the appointment to discuss the funeral was easy. We were dealt with very sensitively and every thing was explained clearly. Any later queries and phone calls were also answered efficiently always making you feel at ease. The funeral service was well organised. A follow up call to ask me if all had been ok and to tell me about collecting the ashes was useful. I was very happy with the service.

An excellent service provided by the Poynton Office. Was engaging, helpful and open to any changes that we required. I also had to deal with the High Lane Office due to sickness at the Poynton Office and again found the staff extremely helpful even with the last minute music change.

From the first point of call made by Connor, he couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. I had never organised a funeral before but Connor was extremely understanding and explained the whole process, and helped to arrange the perfect send off for mum. On the day of the funeral everything went to plan and made a difficult day more bearable. The service was conducted by Greg Hankinson and what a first class service. Many thanks to you all.

We received a professional friendliness and compassion at such a difficult time, right from the initial call to the office. We were kept informed, but not overwhelmed with phone calls or emails and, despite an unforeseen and unpreventable hiccup on the day of the funeral, everything went smoothly, with dignity and with grace. Everyone we encountered at the company was helpful and calm and we really felt they were there to make our requests become a reality in the best way possible. Little touches like the pall bearers wearing Remembrance Poppies (which we hadn't requested, but so appropriate as my Dad was a proud ex-serviceman and had for years been a poppy seller for the RBL) just shows the thought with which they approached the day and that they had listened carefully to what we had had to say about Dad. We don't think he could have been in better hands.
