Laithewaits were extremely helpfull and very professional and I couldn't fault them. Russ who took the service in the chapel was brilliant and we as a family would highly recommend him to anybody who wants the same sort of service. He delivered the service with a caring attitude and we are so glad that he was able to conduct the service for our mother.Wonderful!!!

We couldn't have asked for a kinder funeral director everything was taken care of we had nothing to worry about. Everything was respectful and went as it should.
We would highly recommend Laithwaites at such an emotional time they took all the stress of planning the funeral away.

We really couldn’t have been to a better place, all the staff showed care & compassion. They most definitely went above and beyond for us.

Shocking service at a very difficult time. Made a booking to visit the chapel of rest which no body turned up for after waiting an hour in the car park & wasn't given access till the day before the funeral after my Dad had been in there for over 2 weeks.
On the day of the funeral the flowers didn't arrive on time and the hearse turned up to the house about 40 minutes late .
A bit of discount was given off the bill but it didn't make up for what they put us through. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

From the first contact to the last staff at Laithwaites were excellent.  Freddie was our main point of contact, he was consistently supportive, nothing was too much trouble, and the care and treatment of both for mum and the family was sensitive and dignified.

The family have nothing but praise for all the staff involved on the care of my dear sister in-law , wife and mother .

She was treated with dignity and respect from from all staff members the moment she was transported from Bolton hospital into the chapel .

Emma was amazing she was found to empathic , informative, treated all family members with sincerity.

Emma completed her role with experience and most importantly with value and respect at all times .

Emma was happy to support the family chooses and shared her experiences and knowledge at this very sad time. Nothing was to much for her , she was in valuable /

I would also like to say , that all staff involved on the day of the funeral were professional at all times , nothing was to much trouble , and they directed the funeral service brilliantly .

Thank you all so very much , you all contributed to a lovely send off to my sister in- laws with dignity and professionalism

I found the staff at Laithwaits to be extremely helpful as I had covid whilst trying to organise my dad's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend laithwaits.
