Sam, Vikki, Heather and the team, have been nothing but brilliant. Loosing my dad is beyond any words, but Sam and Vikki have made it as easy as possible for the family and there would not be a more efficient, mindful and caring team that could beat the service I have had from them, on two separate occasions. I would highly recommend everyone to use this team in swinton. They literally are the best in every way. They listen, communicate and get on the same page as you. At the worst possible time in your life, you need Sam and her team for sure.

Jean had the best send off which was partly made possible by Bridgfords (Swinton).

My main point of contact was Vikki, and she was excellent! During such a difficult time, Vikki made the process that bit easier. Her empathetic and professional approach is a credit to the service. 

Communication which was key during the planning stage was smooth, fast and efficient, nothing was too much hassle. 

On the day, Sam and the team again were fantastic! Smart, prompt, professional, caring, and delivered to the highest of standards.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bridgfords to others in the future.

Funeral went off just fine, Staff were really nice at both at Bridgefords & Barlows where we ended up.
Not happy about where all the Flowers went that people sent to the Funeral, All Disappeared when I went to Crem to see them only after 2 days, where they went no one seems to want to tell me. Would have been nice to see who sent them, but was too upset coming from the crem on the day, to take a look. Would be better if they are right outside the Crem, but they are not , they are round the corner out of the way, Peel green Crem has the better idea, they are right outside when you come out., Son collected the ashes ofwhich I am outraged with, as they have been put in a paper bag, in a box. Should really Complain but too upset.A friend of mine is really upset about how I have received them, as her fathers were in a casket. I would have paid for the Casket if it would have been offered. Thats the only thing I am not happy about. Other than that Vicky and all staff at the funeral were really nice,and served us well.

Such a caring company , Bridgfords covered my dad funeral so it was my instant choice for my mum ❤️The staff are lovely and are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure your requests are covered.

Every part of the arrangements were excellent except for the viewing of the deceased at weekend when a call center was involved. They did not seem to be aware of arrangements to see the deceased.

There was a problem at first , the 24 service phone line hadn’t been directed from bridgefords, but it got sorted after a lot of stress for  me , once it was sorted , I found bridgefords excellent in Every way the staff was very obliged and couldn’t do enough for me thank you for good team work
