As Doris had pre planned her funeral with R E Jones, who she had previously used for other family funerals, it was really easy to make final arrangements. From the initial call to Dawn, to the day of the funeral, I felt supported and in safe hands. Colin kept me informed at each step and directed the funeral with an incredibly professional, warm and respectful approach.
The day went perfectly and the family are all truly grateful.

The team at RE Jones were so helpful throughout the planning and delivery of the funeral for my father. It was the first time that I had been involved in the process and they were really great in helping with everything and ensuring that all our wishes were met. Dawn and Mel in the office made sure that everything was in place and Francesca and the team handled the day with lovely respect and care. Thank you to them all and I would recommend them to anyone planning a funeral.

They all could not do enough for me at R E Jones in Sale.
Talking with compassion each time. Making sure everything was what we wanted, even chasing up the doctors when my husband was being collected. Thankyou.

R E Jones took care of my late Father’s funeral arrangements,  Albert Lowndes.  They did so in the most caring & compassionate way & my family & I would have no hesitation in recommending them to take care of any bereaved families. Compassionate and understanding eased tge process of our Brothers cremation. However it is over a week and Courier has not yet delivered the Ashes.

The whole team were so respectful and helpful, both with the organising, and supporting our emotional needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
My mother's body was treated with fitting dignity at all times. The fact they wanted to know a little about her so the staff on the day could share a pen picture of her life showed their compassion on this final life journey.

It’s very rarely I leave a review but we had to on this occasion as we cannot speak highly enough of Colin and the team for how they treated us and my father. In a difficult time they made life a bit easier. Their professionalism, kindness and compassion was        truly second to none. Everything was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble.
