From the very first meeting with the funeral director, Rebecca. We have had nothing but professionalism, care, understanding and sympathy. I and my extended family cannot thank Rebecca and her staff enough for everything they have done . They made what was a sad and difficult  time, manageable and lovely. My mum was treated with dignity and respect from the moment she passed away until the service and subsequent internment. I would just like to thank them on behalf of myself and family for everything they did. I would recommend the Co-op to anyone without reservation.

A huge thank you to Lisa Bancks celebrant for her eulogy of mums life the love compassion and care she took into talking about what our beloved mum means to so many truly has left people talking about what a wonderful final celebration of her life has meant to us all . That’s all because of the fantastic service provided by all these wonderful compassionate people who helped us in our time of grief to give mum the best send off possible . Funerals are never events any one looks forward too, they are part of a journey but always tinged with sadness. The coop funeral care service dealt with the passing of our dear father with such professional care it eased our pain somewhat and made the process a little easier. Rebecca was our assigned funeral director and she conducted the process like a well oiled machine. It seemed to happen in the background without much intervention. She could be called on at any time if we had any questions. Her voice was rather soothing and full of compassion. we used the Oldham branch and the team there where second to none. They all understood our needs which was most grateful by all our family. Thank you very much.
