We would like to thank Shannon and her team at the Oldham branch for the professional and compassionate way they coordinated my mother Dorothy Thackeray’s funeral. Shannon also dealt with my father Franks funeral last year in the same caring way .A big thank you to Shannon from all our family.

Hi Folks,
                To give an excellent review doesn’t even come close, everything I asked for was done with the upmost respect and dignity and such professionalism that I couldn’t ask for more. Everyone who attended the house the church and the crematorium without exception was amazed (not the right word I know) but I can’t find another! Your staff had the understanding too do their job superbly and then step back to let us grieve in our own way. I hope you understand that going through the worst time I’ve ever had to go through you made saying goodbye to my beautiful Chris the finest way imaginable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, Becky took us through everything. The funeral celebrant, Katie, again most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cannot thank the girls enough 
They showed empathy, respect and care for the funeral Adding personal touches making the day run as smoothly as possible. I will be forever endebted to them for the respect they showed to my auntie and will never forget how they guided me every step of the way. There professionalism is second to non along with the empathy but remain human is a gift that is given to few which makes them perfect for the roles they perform in sending a loved one to there eternal resting place. 
I could not recommend them enough and if you have a loved one and want a personalised or any send off I know here you will be in very good hands. My auntie chose this place without knowing anything about them. I walked through the door and felt totally at ease. Reassured and I will never ever forget Wht you did for us.
