I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Funeral Directors.  They helped me so much at a time when I was upset and sad.  They made my husband Martins Funeral so much more easier to get through.  Thank you very happy to them all and I recommend them to anyone else.

We had used the Co-op Funeralcare Failsworth, back in 2017 for our dad, Anthony Goodwin. When mum, Valerie passed away, we didn't have any hesitation to choose the same funeral directors.

Everything went very well from our first contact with Joanne, organising mum's Mass and the day we celebrated her life.

David and his team were excellent and although a sad day we felt at ease with them.

The staff at Failsworth were so personable and enabling. They worked hard to meet our needs and made a difficult time as smooth as possible. When mum lay in waiting they even played her favourite music to her. To know she was given care, kindness and respect to the very end is heart warming. We cannot thank David and his team enough.

Joanne and her team was fantastic all the way in the build up and on the day of the funeral, I couldn't say than it was perfect on the day and to go any more than emotional.

At a very difficult time for us both David and Joanne were very respectful, amicable and we felt looked after and cared for throughout the whole process.
It's difficult to explain, but they had just the right amount of experience and understanding to know when we needed time to think and grieve, and when to smile and reminisce with us. Nothing was too much trouble and it is very much appreciated.

A Beautiful send off for my Father, done with compassion, dignity & professionalism.
I had used the Coop Failsworth only 6months previous, as I had lost my Mother & at the time they were so helpful & kind to myself & my family, I just knew I was in safe hands using them again when I sadly lost my Father a few weeks ago.
They made the saddest moments of my life bearable & was there for anything I needed even just a little chat to lift my spirits.
Thank you especially to Joanne & David and also the fabulous Celebrant Danielle for a perfect funeral.

They arranged everything that my Aunt had asked for in her Funeral Plan.

The feedback that I have received from various mourners is that it was a beautiful ceremony. They also commented on the Eulogy by Kathryn Walkden on my Aunts life.
