Co-op Funeral Care Chadderton provided our family with the utmost care and attention in arranging the funeral of our dear aunt. From the first moment we called in to enquire Jessica was superb. Everything was explained comprehensively and compassionately. At least once a day, sometimes several times, she would keep us informed as to how the arrangements were going. On the day of the funeral Jessica and the chauffeurs were lovely and handled everything with great professionalism. 

Our family is deeply grateful to all involved at Co-op Funeralcare Chadderton and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

We received an excellent service from everyone at the Co-op Funeral Service, there was nothing too much trouble for them and they helped with any queries we had and put our minds at rest. They were courteous and respectful throughout from start to finish. Bill kept us updated throughout with regular contact and advice and it felt nice to have that personal contact with a regular caller. On the day Jess was informative the whole way through and had everything in hand. We can highly recommend the Co-op Funeral Service as they go above and beyond.

Very friendly and considerate staff, willing to help with everything. All the preparations were perfect and everything went to plan on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated with respect and compassion. Knowing our mum was with Rhian Messam for her final days brought us comfort. Beki also was very helpful and dealt with the arrangements efficiently. We were never left to sort anything on our own and even had help out of hours to arrange the music and photo slideshow the night before the funeral in the Church. Thanks to all the staff who helped make the day as perfect as it could have been.

As you can appreciate , arranging the funeral for a loved one is one of the hardest things to do. We can’t thank Rebecca at Chadderton enough for everything she did to make this as easy as possible for us. She was kind, understanding and respectful at all times, and was right by our side throughout. She is a credit to your company. Everything on the day was just how we wanted, and all the little things in between, such as the respect shown to mum whilst she was in your care, and the staff on the day wearing ties in her favourite colour, bring comfort, and mean so much during this difficult time.
