My dear friend wished for a cremation only without service. I decided to go with you as one you are nice and local for me, two my own grandma has prepaid for her funeral with you on my recommendation prior to arranging Renee's funeral and three after speaking with Tracey she put me at ease with everything that was going on. If I could rate Tracey alone I'd give her 10 stars as the extra compassion, advice, information and communication was above what I expected.

My only bug bare with the situation was having to pay in advance and my dear friend having to spend extra time waiting in the morgue as a result of this. I was also severely disappointed as once I knew payment was definitely with you I took a few more days to process which pushed this back a week. I believe this to be the result of Tracey being on anual leave and Rebecca not being up to the standard of Tracey for communication or hurrying things along.

I was also inconsolably annoyed at the fact the day after I agreed to using you that I was phoned and pestered about using your legal services. I explained I already had this in place and the lady wasnt taking no for an answer. "Do you want a zoom meeting or a telephone one" were her words. Neither I said oh well I'll email you to which I initially said I'd rather you didn't but she said if she would anyway.

If not for Tracey's input and fantastic work ethic etc, I would of reviewed the whole situation a less then i have. It is the first time I've had to deal with someones funeral myself and if not for Tracey it would of been so much harder. I'm glad it was her helping and not the girl covering her annual leave.

I hope my comments will be passed on to Tracey and I also feel she should be rewarded for her efforts. Good staff are hard to come by and often pick up the slack for those who cant be bothered to do the job they are paid for but also often get over looked.
