From them picking my wife up from the care home they were very professional and showed dignity. 
They really listened to me and helped me plan the perfect funeral. 
Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel pressured into something I didn’t want. Everything went smoothly and me and the family were treated with the utmost care and kindness. 
Can’t fault the lovely care and advice.  
Thank you your all wonderful.

Wrong flowers,asked for lily's, but on the day was red /pink roses. Mum didn't like roses. Small but should have been right.

Absolutely amazing team, we were treated with excellent care and great compassion. The whole team were amazing throughout the hardest time in our lives. Michelle and Freddie couldn’t do enough for us, we couldn’t of done it without them. Thankyou guys, I would highly recommend them, a very respectful, hardworking team who provide there best.

I am absolutely devastated I couldn't go and visit mum in the Chapel of rest .I should of been able to visit mum along with other family members whilst mum was in there when I did finally get to see mum I was devastated to find what ever had been done to mum was traumatic to see it certainly did not look anything like my mum her nose was what look like broken and her mouth was totally not right I had to make the decision to not let family members visit her and pay there respect which was heartbreaking to all the family

I could not of asked for better people to look after my
Husband . I can’t put into words how excellent and compassionate they was , from picking him up to his funeral day . They went above and beyond and they helped in so many ways. Nothing was ever to much for them and they kept me informed on everything , even down to the fact my husband was dressed . I can’t thank them enough and I hope they get the credit they deserve which is a lot .

The Co-op funeral care given to my dad was excellent 
When we could see him he looked great , clean shaven with his own clothes on.
On the day of the funeral the staff were so respectful, helpful and very kind.

The staff from start to finish were kind, empathetic and helped make such a difficult time seamless.  No request was too much, and the funeral was a lovely day which may seem odd to say at such a sad time,  but  every aspect was perfect and professionally conducted.  This is the second time I have used the Coop and would highly recommend their services.
