Rebecca was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Chose Neil the perfect person to read at the funeral service. Sarah was also brilliant when going to visit my dad in the chapel of rest. Right from when contact was first made, both Lisa at co-op funeral care in Bicester, & then Sarah & Rebecca at co-op funeral care in Blackley were very professional, patient, took time to help me at what was a very upsetting time. Also showed great compassion on day of funeral, & when I visited my late wife in the chapel of rest. Excellent service all round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend co-op funeral care to other people 👍👍

I was extremely happy with the way our mothers funeral was handled, Sarah was brilliant she listened to everything we wanted and gave advice when it was needed. She kept us informed every step of the way. On the funeral day, Rachel and her team were brilliant! She explained everything that was going to happen and gave us time. The service it’s self was so nice, Bernadette was lovely and made an extremely hard thing very beautiful. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their kindness, support and professionalism at this sad time.

I had lots of positive comments from family and friends saying what a lovely service it was.

everyone at the Blackley co-op funeral directors was amazing, this was my first funeral i had to arrange, and the staff here walked me through it step by step from start to finish, they are very professional and at the same time very respectful of your situation.

Tony and Sarah at the Blackley branch were amazing at helping us to create the perfect service for our dad. They supported us from the beginning right through to the end of the service and we couldn't of asked for more as everything was exactly as we had wanted, the perfect send off for dad. This was the second time we have used their service as they also did the funeral of our mum eight years ago and we had the same support and care then. We can't thank you enough Tony and Sarah and we will definitely recommend you in the future.

Very friendly and helpful in our initial meeting, especially using zoom to allow all the family to be involved in the decisions. They kept us informed throughout the process which helped greatly. The organisation of the day of the funeral was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Thank you to Sarah , Rebecca and Rhianne for your professionalism. As our requirements changed at a late hour due to Covid incidences within the family you managed to arrange the web cast at very short notice following the Bank holiday. Also thanks to Bill Davis who conducted the service and took on board family wishes for us to do our own eulogy. With all the help and guidance from the Co-op funeral team the whole service went perfect. Thank you.
