I was impressed by the service I received from Sarah throughout the process and the people that carried out the funeral were all very professional and caring. My only disappointment was that a week before the funeral, after I had settled the bill, I was informed that there was an extra £297.00 to be paid as the coffin was slightly bigger to bury my mam.
