I had absolutely no idea what to do, but Michelle’s support was just fantastic. Making arrangements over a distance can be tricky but things worked out; communication was regular and put my mind to rest.

From the first few hours of my mother passing to the wake after the funeral, Chorlton Funeralcare were truly wonderful. One phone call set in motion a caring, empathetic and efficient procedure. Venus the 'funeral arranger' was so kind and took me through the procedure step by step. The printed 'order of service' was truly beautiful and the celebrant, Brendan Ryan, who delivered the eulogy spent a long time with me and he really captured the essence of my mother. Its hard when you're overcome with grief to think straight but the manager, Michelle, checked in regularly to see if I was OK. I would highly recommend Chorlton Funeralcare .

We were supported well at all times by the staff and our celebrant, who was provided by Chorlton Funeralcare. We had time to visit our brother in the Chapel of Rest and everything was explained to us in detail and any questions answered.
Only a small thing, but we were offered cups of tea or coffee when we visited; that does make a difference, especially when it seems that the only time you get to sit down and think is when in the Funeralcare Premises.
We had the service recorded so that people who couldn't be there had the chance to be part of it, and it was lovely to watch the video at our leisure later, as things can be upsetting on the actual day and you don't always get the chance to take it all in.

The staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish at this particularly traumatic time. Sam talked us through the whole thing and let us take time to pick what we wanted for Mum. Lorraine phoned us a few times to check we were ok and let us know when Mum was at the funeral home. They arranged for Alex to take the service who was lovely. Everything on the day went really smoothly. Cannot praise them enough.

Michelle (and the rest of her team) were amazing. She ran through everything with me as arranging a funeral isn't something I've had to do before, my dad was treated with respect and everything was done perfectly. I definitely found comfort in how lovely she is at such a hard time in my families life and it's something I'll always be grateful for. She's a credit to the company!

I can't speak highly enough of Michelle and her staff at Chorlton Co-op Funeralcare, from beginning to end Michelle was supportive, advised and guided us through the whole process of giving our beloved Mum and Wife a fitting send off.

Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle, she checked how we as a Family we're coping over the Christmas period.

Venus was especially patient as changes were made to the Order of Service several times.

My Family and I can't speak highly enough of Michelle and staff, everything went smoothly from beginning to end on the day; Michelle and Drivers being mindful of our needs and wishes.

Space given for us as a Family to say our final goodbyes before the final parting.

Her care and support extended beyond the Funeral, to which we are exceedingly grateful for.

I cannot recommend Chorlton Co-op highly enough for their support, efficiency and most of all their empathy, which is largely due to Michelle and her Team.

From first contact the family felt cared for. because there had to be an inquest I was anxious about where my father was during the extended period, Michelle reassured us that he was being well cared for, "he is in our care" was a phrase we heard and it was massively reassuring. The staff at the Chorlton office were kind and efficient and very friendly, they are an excellent team. The celebrant Michelle recommended was also excellent and met with the family to plan the service and conducted it beautifully on the day. The funeral was really well carried out, many people who attended commented on what a lovely service it was, how well organised. It was exactly what my father wanted. At a difficult time the team led by Michelle were fantastic and guided us through the process from start to finish. As a family we owe them many thanks. Thank you.
