its amanda not carl wrong name for a start even though laura david and suzie were very nice to talk too somone made a very bad mistake not once wrong coffin wrong colour wrong date of death lining marked with infection my brother had they presumed the wrong colour coffin was ok not far off city blue no way yes they went out of there way to get a city blue thanks but if i wouldnt have messaged them i think it would have been left so not happy

Just letting you know what a great sad but happy day we all had yesterday. Yourselves plus all the other staff were all so helpful, kind and professional, on the day and from the start, from enquiry to booking and planning, it was first class. Everyone we spoke to had nothing but praise for you all and your great planning without making us feel under any pressure and the lovely calm way you helped us in taking mum into the chapel everything was done so sensitively. It was a sad day to say goodbye to our mum but you massively helped in making it a happy celebration of her life. Thank you also for recommending Steph she was also wonderful sensitive and so thoughtful with her words. Thank you so much again for sorting out the flowers, collection box and we will call in to see you when you let us know everything is ready. Also if you want me to transfer the balance asap in the same way just let me know. Take care and from all of our family and friends a big hug. Hugh and Babs xx
