Must thank taylors for the way they helped myself and my wife to arrange myl late mothers funeral .they went through the whole process whith care and consideration guiding us from beginning to end keeping us up to date. Many thanks to Nicole, Laura, David and John the celebrant who visited me at home and provided a brilliant service at the committee l cannot thank them enough.

We cannot thank the staff enough for how they dealt with the funeral from start to finish. The one thing I was disappointed with and it’s the coop as a whole not the staff at Taylor’s is the policy for not carrying the deceased into the crematorium my son was so upset as he wanted to do this for his Nanna and it is only the coop that operate this policy the fact she had a pre paid plan prevented us from using a different funeral directors.

Taylor’s we’re amazing every step of the way , me and my husband have used their services a number of times now - very professional throughout.The celebrants Stephanie they provided for us was just the approach we needed for our mum and we had many lovely compliments from family members about how the service was delivered it was bright in the crematorium, peaceful and very calm

Couldn't fault the service from start to finish. The team were efficient and attentive in equal measure and were very respectful to our needs and circumstances. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

The service we had from C Taylor was excellent.The staff there were very helpful and friendly. The only upset we had was we only got one day with Francis in the chapel of rest and not the three. Which we found very upsetting and distressing has we can never get that time back. Also friends who had traveled to see her could not. Also we should have got the ashes on Thursday but then got changed to Friday then effectively they were ready on the Monday. So now we are looking at an extra expense as now my daughter will have to travel back from wales to pick her mothers ashes up.
