I couldn't off asked for a better service for my dad's funeral, Suzanne and tracy are the best, so caring and supportive. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely. They looked after us when my father in law passed away in may of this year. Thank you so much.

From what is a such a sad experience to go through, Suzanne and Tracey made it all much more easier to deal with. Excellent customer service given from the moment I walked in the office.

Tracey and the team were amazing when we went to them after my mother in law passed. Our beloved Dad's funeral was as lovely as arranged. Only slight disappointment was the 1st song played when entering the chapel was cut short (?)
Otherwise, the whole process although heartbreaking for us as a family went as we asked.
In the days that followed we received a bill, though this had been paid in cash the week before. I contacted the company and was advised that the bill must have been a duplicate (?) I'm still confused how you can duplicate a bill that does not exist due to being paid in advance of the funeral. Bill was also itemised incorrectly.

The Co-op funeral care were superb, from our initial meeting to visiting mum in the Chapel, then the actual funeral the staff were faultless. Susanne, Holly and Michelle are just so kind and thoughtful and even though this was such a sad time we couldn't imagine doing a funeral without their support. Thank you for such dedicated staff who do ho above and beyond, Kenneth and family

All the staff at Baguley were very professional and caring. I cannot fault the service at all.
They looked after all the needs of my late brother and made sure we felt comfortable with the care given to him.
Can I suggest 1 thing !! 🤔 Get a coffee machine. A little joke. Thanks for everything Edna Maria and Dave.xx

On the whole the service provided was good but I was disappointed, annoyed and upset that flowers for my mother were forgotten and not delivered to the crematorium. People spend a lot of time choosing appropriate flowers and writing a last message. It means so much to the bereaved.
