The first time we came into the Co-op at Eccles Rose made us feel so comfortable and plan our Mum’s final days and journey with love and ease. 
The care Rose and Marc gave to our Mum and the support they gave me and my sister was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anymore.
On the day of Mum’s celebration Marc was so thoughtful and kind, the rainbow ties didn’t go unnoticed, we were so grateful you thought Mum deserved a longer route to the crematorium and the way you made my young nephew included by giving him your hat as you walked behind Mum really touched us, our Mum would have loved this!
We can not thank you enough for making our Mum’s final journey a happy one.

Marc and Rose were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping my father, helping with the repatriation from Greece and chapel visits so dad could finally get to see mum before Marc made everything run smoothly on the day of the funeral and at the burial of mums ashes, many thanks.

It's was going to be 5 star's. I have 5 star's for the staff brilliant. But it's the after thought of your loved one after cremation. It's presented in a purple shopping bag. In what looks like a thick oblong gray cake box in a white paper bag. The shock was almost to much for me. To be informed this is the norm. Across the industry..no I found out it's not. Co op chooses that colour. And instructions the cremation . Yes that could be as transport to the office but. They could of chosen better or told the people before they out laid cash. Or the shock. Lessened.

Eccles funeral care helped us to arrange our dad's funeral (Alan Bellingham) with compassion, care & understanding. Marc was absolutely brilliant and attentive to our needs. He was always on hand to answer our questions. He always referred to our dad as 'dad' when he spoke with us & I loved this personal approach. At the funeral he was supportive & professional and he had the most magnificent multi coloured cravat on that matched so well with the brightness of what we wanted at the funeral. He looked after dad & us so well. The service from beginning to end was outstanding & I would not hesitate to recommend them..Thank you Marc
