We cannot put into words the gratitude we have for everyone who took care of my dad & helped us to plan and get through his funeral. Sue is an angel on this earth and my family will never forget what she has done for us. Along with Rhian, Joanna & all the staff behind the scenes who prepared dad for the chapel. Excellent service from the co-op all round and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is going through a loss. Nothing is too much for them and they helped and guided us into making decisions for my dad to ensure he had the best send off. Like I said, we cannot thank you all enough.

Sue was absolutely great, so caring, giving me a welcome you would like to think of all Funeral Directors. Sue phoned me everyday to see how I was, as she knew I was struggling with the loss of my Husband he was my soul mate. she knew how much I loved him and how much I was missing him.

A lady called Sue was superb she was so lovely from start to finish. Her care and attention towards me and my family was so heartwarming, making sure we had everything ready and sorted before the funeral.

Sue and Joanne guided me throughout the whole experience in a caring and professional manner. I felt safe in their care which made the whole experience softer and easier for me at such a sad time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. I can only say that the staff also carried out their parts extremely well as Bob looked as peaceful in sleep as though he was still with me.
